Does anyone know what year the Bielawiec Family returned to Polond? Where did they live when they returned?

I just found an email from Bob Kowalik, written in 2006 (!) which narrows down the answer. Here is an excerpt:

"Uncle Michael is my mother's younger brother. My mother and aunt, Helen, were born in America. My grandfather Kontantin Bielawiec and grandmother Roza Kobeszko returned to Poland when my mother was 7 years old. Grandfather bult a windmill in Penskie and later a substantial mill in brick in Knyszyn, before the war. My mother and aunt returned to the US in the 30s as US citizens, but Uncle Michael and uncle Alphonse, both born in Poland, stayed behind. Alphonse was supposed to inherit the mill, which he did after the collapse of communism. Uncle Michael received a proper education, became a medical doctor and a professor of medicine at the University of Bialystok. His only son, Richard, is now living in Los Angeles, invited there originally by my cousin Ray Pollock, Aunt Helen's oldest son."

Veronica was born 31 Dec 1916. According to the 1920 Census, she was living on King Street in Orient, NY with her mother, father and Helen in January 1920. Her DOB was correctly listed as 3 year. I guess that means that the family moved back to Polond around 1923.
